寫這篇文問這個問題，是因為第三次看到有網誌被人抄襲，而這一次，抄襲者竟然因抄來的文而得出版社垂青而出了書﹗
首先，我不認識這名受害人，但也非常不值那位抄襲者的所為。
我在想，除了唱衰對方外，還有其他方法嗎？我現在想不出來，但是，最少我以行動證明我不齒這種衰格行為。

1)把謬人的謬事供諸於世(ie, bloggers post about this)
2)去高登求救(Their teams can dig shit up…just ask for help politely and state “法律面前﹐窮人含撚。我需要你們的幫助﹗”)
3)寫投訴信去出版社
你不是韓寒﹐但中國有十三億人﹐香港只有六百多萬…你得o既!

I don’t really understand those copycats’ mentality!! A blog is a place to share our own thoughts. If you have got nothing to share, why blog?! It’s a freaking pathetic way to get other people’s attention!!
By the way, does this happen often ( or only) in the asian world? does this happen commonly in the western world?! It seems like I have never heard of anything like that in the western world. Given that Blook is very popluar here.
If it’s really a “trend” in the asian world, I would feel so shameful indeed!!

這類無恥之徒東西南北中外皆是, 防不勝防, 受害人除了在親朋好友之間唱衰佢, 也實在拿他沒辦法. 要訴諸法律, 除非身家豐厚, 或經已薄有名聲, 否則只落得費時又失金的下場.
不過也不用太消極, 我看當事人大可引起媒界注意, 讓歹徒名譽掃地, 不可再於文字界/網絡立足!

對方可能就是抱著這個想法：量你也不會告我，然後摺埋個網逃之夭夭。不過，對方的文出了書，該出版社一定有其資料。
如果要刮條友出來示眾，就要請高人幫手了。
我想問一下：到底網上的作品有沒有版權？網誌遭人抄襲，對方算不算是侵犯版權？這些可能又要請教高明。
這些人未必是文字界的人，只是會寫字而已，立不立足，對他們來說可能並不重要。
我當然不是專家, 但據我所知, 網誌也有版權的, 絶對不能話抄就抄!
其實我也有考慮註册成為Creative Commons的會員之類, 但暫未有時間查看有關詳情.

我找到出版社頒獎禮得獎者的照片，不知裡面有沒有抄襲者。不過，裡面有受害人和抄襲者粉絲的回應，看了大家也會明白為何這件事是何等嚴重，竟然仍有些人將黑白是非顛倒。

Sometimes I google or technorati (technorati.com) my posts and keywords and find whole passage or portion of a post being cut-and-pasted onto someone’s else blog, without footnote or reference.
On the note of copyright infringement, an American friend of mine told me recently over dinner that he decided not to host an art opening in China for fear of massive outrageous duplication of his work, which is primarily staged photography. It’s sad.

It’s a shame really because now that China becomes a member of the WTO but the government fails to crackdown duplicates, fakes, and pirated goods. In light of the recent outburst of food scare, integrity of and reliability of anything manufactured in China are inevitably at stake.
